Order Processing Times:
Please allow 3-5 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the carrier’s transit times. Please refer to the estimated shipping times by country:
🇺🇸 United States: 5-10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7-14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 10-20 business days
🌍 Rest of the world: 15-30 business days
Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays. If your order is shipped internationally, customs may cause unexpected delays, extending the delivery time beyond the estimates.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delays or order cancellation. If our system detects an address issue, we will contact you within 3 business days. Failure to respond may result in cancellation of your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at contact.luxiluna@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them after this time frame.
Delayed Delivery:
At Luxiluna, we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or transportation disruptions.
If we experience any issues that might delay your order, such as product availability or address verification problems, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that Luxiluna is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we will do our best to keep you updated and provide any support necessary.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is handed over to the courier, Luxiluna is no longer responsible for it. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact.luxiluna@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen packages. We will also assist by contacting the courier on your behalf. Luxiluna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping and they fall outside our refund policy. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

Luxiluna reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of the policy before purchasing.
